It started in 2018 on Fiverr, at Level 0, with no reviews and no leverage. Every project was won on price and delivered alone. The work was real, but the model had a ceiling built into it.
By Level 2 that ceiling was obvious. More gigs meant more hours, not more growth — for the freelancer or the client. A website would go live, the client would ask what happens next, and the honest answer was: nothing, unless you hire someone else.
So the job changed. Less designer-for-hire, more systems thinker. Development, local SEO, paid search, CRM plumbing and automation got picked up one at a time — not to pad a service list, but because a site with nothing behind it doesn't produce anything.
Claritus Solutions was founded in early 2024 to run that full system instead of selling one-off websites. One partner across all three phases, one retainer, and a machine that keeps running after launch day.

We're not a fifty-person agency, we don't have a decade of case studies, and we don't run brand campaigns, video production or social media management. If you need a large team, a famous logo on the pitch deck, or the cheapest quote in the inbox, we're the wrong call — and we'd rather say that here than on the invoice.

Our best-fit clients are B2B founders, clinic owners and agency owners doing roughly ₹50L to ₹5Cr a year — past the scrappy stage, not yet running an in-house marketing team. They already know what they sell and to whom; what's missing is the system that makes it repeatable.
We work with businesses in Chennai and across India, and remotely with clients in Saudi Arabia, the UAE and Malaysia. Local SEO work is naturally geography-bound; the website and automation phases are not. If you want to hand off a strategy and disappear for a quarter, we're a poor fit — the system needs about an hour of your time a month, and we'll ask for it.
